Guarantees are available on Purchase and Refinance on the following loan products only; FHA, VA, USDA & Conventional Loans. These guarantees are not included on Home Equity Loans, Home Equity Lines, Stand-Alone Seconds, Mobile Home Loans, Down Payment Assistance Loans, Non-QM Loans, Private Money Loans and Hard Money Loans.- $1,000 Best Rate Guarantee Eligibility Requirements - Proof of a lower rate and payment, with same program, terms and costs, quote on the same day your loan was locked with The Diaz Group at Statewide Funding, in the form of a legitimate locked Loan Estimate from a national lender (as determined by The Diaz Group in its sole discretion), must be provided to us at 3190 Shelby Street Ste A2, Ontario, CA 91764 within 30 days of your loan closing with The Diaz Group at Statewide Funding.
- Appraisal Fee Credit Requirements - At the time of loan closing with The Diaz Group at Statewide Funding, we will credit you up to $500 towards the cost of your appraisal fee.
- Free Refinance Guarantee - For up to 3 years after we do your loan, if you want to refinance for any reason, we will waive our loan processing fee.
